Headquarters: Obubra
Obubra sits at the heart of the district's farming belt and hosts the Cross River State NYSC permanent orientation camp. It combines large agricultural output with communities that need better roads, security and processing capacity.

Sustained advocacy and oversight for rehabilitation of federal roads and access routes linking Obubra communities to Ikom, Yakurr and the rest of the state.
Schools and teachers
School infrastructure rehabilitation, digital classrooms and teacher capacity development for rural schools across the LGA.
